My little girl
My little girl will no longer be a baby soon. In less than 3 months I will have a toddler. She is growing up so fast. This weekend we went shopping for clothes and it was sort of sad when I realized we were shopping in the toddler section instead of the baby section. She just about fits into 12 month clothes, so we buy those to make them last longer. We did get her some adorable outfits, jean shorts and shirts that are just darling. I will have to get some pictures of her sporting her new attire and post it to the web.
Her great-aunt sent her a bathing suit and we have yet to try it on her. I wanted to do that this weekend, but we didn’t get a chance. I have to get off my butt and get out there and clean her pools out. They are gross and filthy from sitting outside all the time.
This weekend, I’ll be in Atlanta. I know DH isn’t going to get out there and clean her pool, so she won’t be going swimming till maybe the weekend after. I am making it a goal of mine that if we don’t have any other plans I will clean out her pool and let her go swimming that weekend.
I somehow landed on your blog and can relate to your sentiments. Our little guy will be a “toddler†in a month and I’m so sad (silly I know)!
