Change
Of course I’m trying to come up with another layout. I’ve thought about maybe something dark. I rarely do that some reason. I want something simple; I’m starting to feel that my current layout is slightly cluttered. Why? I have no idea, but anyway…you may see another change soon. You know, I think that is one reason I love doing the blog thing. My own website that I can do whatever with. No problem if I want to change it every week. So be it. When you are trying to manage a site that isn’t quite as personal…such as a business site or maybe a hobby site that people rely on (ex. my lyrics site), people get to expect the layout you have designed. They associate with it. What would happen if amazon changed their layout? We’d all be confused and off balance, right? It is too much. On my own site, I can change it however many times I want and it’s okay. I think that is what I like the most. No one will complain if I change my site too much. Sure my husband teases me when I mention I’m changing my website yet again, but he knows I enjoy working on it and I’m constantly looking for something new and fresh. I tire of the design very quickly so gone it is to something new.
In the blogging world that is okay. It’s acceptable so it works very well for me. There may be a change coming soon. I’ve been playing with a few possibilities. Who knows.
