Slow Days
I’ve been so slow lately. I’m extremely tired, lately it seems like I’m always tired. As if I am not getting enough sleep. It’s not like I’m going to bed any later, but it actually doesn’t matter when I go to bed and when I wake up…I’m still tired. I guess I need to get out and do more…exercise or at least something more active. Maybe that will help boost my energy level. I haven’t been eating bad either. I feel like I’ve been eating fairly healthy. Maybe it’s just old age creeping up on me or something…heehee…at 27?! Yeah right…I’m just not fit I guess and it’s making me tired. Argh!
